Don’t know where to start on your sustainability journey?
Do you know you need to make changes to your daily habits, but don’t know where to start?
I hear you, and help is here!!
So many people have said to me they know they need to make change, but life just gets in the way. I get it. This used to happen to me in so many areas of my life. Until I took stock. I got so frustrated with the many things I wanted to change in my life, but just wasn’t getting to them. Then, I realised, if it’s going to be, it’s up to me.
So I took time out and got myself super organised. And I slowly started making change happen. In all areas of my life. And I feel amazing as a result!
So I understand overwhelm. In fact you could say I had a very close relationship with overwhelm. It dominated me for so many years. But all that has changed now. I still have days where I get in a pickle if I’m not organised, but I can handle that now, and I quickly get myself back on track.
“The greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it.”
– Robert Swan, Author
And so, as it is with making changes in any area of your life, making changes to our daily habits takes time, takes patience, and sometimes takes support and accountability.
I’ve had some beautiful keep me accountable in business because they wanted to see me thrive and succeed, and now it’s my turn to pay it forward. I WANT to help you make sustainable change happen in your life. I WANT to take away the overwhelm of not knowing where to start, what change to make first, and what the sustainable alternatives are. I WANT to see YOU succeed.
I WANT to help you achieve your sustainable goals and dreams. But my bigger vision for this is for our beautiful planet Earth. Our Earth is in strife and we are responsible. And only we can fix it. By making small changes to our daily routine each day, we can very quickly change things:
We can dramatically reduce our non-recyclable waste very quickly
We can reduce the quantity of chemicals being used
We can dramatically reduce our food waste (which creates extremely high greenhouse gas emissions)
Once you get sustainability under your belt for your home and personal life, you too can then apply it to your business or workplace, and to the wider community.
Can an optimum level of sustainability be achieved? YES, I overwhelmingly believe it can. It takes a mindset shift for that process to begin, but it can be done.
This online program will take you, step-by-step, through simple, daily changes that will help you dramatically reduce non-recyclable waste, food waste, and save money over time.
The Sustainability365 self-paced, online program is located over on the Invanto platform. Click here to access the program.
